PRISMA for Master students
Department of Computer Science establishes top-level funding
Completed your Bachelor's degree? achieved outstanding grades and aiming for the Master's? But that is not enough for you? The Institute of Computer Science will make your plan complete and offer you the icing on the cake of your studies: the PRISMA program, the Paderborn Computer Science top support for Master students.
With the beginning of the winter semester 2012/13, talented master students of computer science have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive support program. The goal is to introduce the participants to research at an early stage. During their Master studies, they will be integrated into a Computer Science department and actively participate in its research.
Particularly attractive: During the funding period, a 19-hour SHK position in the specialist group is guaranteed. Furthermore, the participation in advanced training courses, scientific workshops and conferences is financed. Even stays abroad are supported within this framework.
Applications are open to Bachelor graduates with outstanding grades who wish to complete their Master's degree in Computer Science in Paderborn. The duration of the scholarship is two years and includes a comprehensive program of events.
You can find more detailed information on the funding programme and on the application and selection procedure in the PRISMA regulations (German). If you cannot read the German regulations, you can contact Prof. Dr. Scheideler with questions.
