Computer science in Paderborn

Thereis hardly any other science that permeates almost every field of our lives. We pay in the supermarket with our smartphone; we let algorithms suggest different music; we store and share our data in the cloud.

All this shows: Computer science is at the heart of the modern information society. The discipline is developing at a rapid pace, enabling ever smaller products, ever faster processes and is therefore of central importance for Germany's future economic competitiveness. In times of globalisation and constantly growing new challenges for the economy, politics and society, computer science is one of the core areas of the future. We offer you the opportunity to play a part in the world of the big players or to develop your own visions with an undergraduate degree programme.

Computer Science in Paderborn is part of the Faculty of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematics.
