Felix Jentzsch, Yaman Umuroglu, Alessandro Pappalardo, Michaela Blott, and Marco Platzner got their article “RadioML Meets FINN: Enabling Future RF Applications With FPGA Streaming Architectures” published as an expert's opinion in the latest issue of the IEEE Micro Magazine (Special Issue on Artificial Intelligence at the Edge). The work was carried out in collaboration with AMD-Xilinx and demonstrates the capabilities of the FINN framework for generating specialized, lightweight FPGA accelerators for deep neural network-based radio frequency modulation classification.
