In the above list, BA stands for Bachelor Thesis and MA for Master Thesis. Sometimes, a topic can be designed either as a Bachelor Thesis or a Master Thesis. Unless noted otherwise in the announcement, you can decide for yourself if you want to write your thesis in English or  German.
