The IRB provides a range of services that can be used by students and staff.
We are also happy to be your first point of contact for any other questions regarding IT systems at the university if you do not know who to contact.
IT services for computer scientists
To use most services, computer access for computer scientists must be active. This can be applied for in the ServicePortal . Log in there with your IMT account and apply for the IT services for computer scientists under User administration > Other services if they are not yet active. If you apply, please send us a short email explaining why you need access; we will then process your application immediately.
Service level
The IRB strives for 24/7 operation for all services and monitors the function of the services automatically. The IRB's support hours are from Monday to Friday from 9:30 Uhr to 13:00 Uhr and 14:00 Uhr to 18:00 Uhr (excluding public holidays); fault rectification for disrupted services is initiated immediately during support hours. All data stored via the services operated by the IRB is automatically backed up externally.
